Flt Lt S F F Johnson & Sgt C S Lewis, 600 & 256 Sqn

Apart from what is on the web and in the usual sources, has anyone any extra information on the above who flew with 600 Sqn in the BofB and transferred to 256 Sqn. Johnson was killed in an accident 26 Feb 41 when Defiant N3520 ran out of fuel and crashed near Collingbourne, Wilts; Lewis baled out uninjured
