High recce Ju 188 lost on 25 Sept. 1944?

Can you give us a bit more details on the activity of this recce squadron [3.(F)/Aufkl.Gr. 121] in September 1944? Did it fly Ju 188s? If yes, was there a loss in the vicinity of Kolozsvar (Cluj), in Transylvania, on 25 Sept.?
