He 111 W.Nr. Question

Do these numbers relate to the He 111?

W.Nr. 4813

W.Nr. 2273

If so, is there any associated service history for the numbers?

Hi,

As numbers these could be off a whole variety of makes / models but if they were off He111s I can offer some detail on 4813 :-

H-6 Stab1/KG53 A1+AB Lost to AA fire in Russia 30 March 1942.

I don't have detail as yet for 2273.

Is any further information available on the location of the 4813 crash site?

Hi Steve,

It was on a sortie to Malinowko, all the crew were reported as missing and I don't have any info which shows that they were found.
