a question to our italian friends

Hello Forum,

can anyone recognize who this (highranking italian) officer is? this picture was taken at the airport of Maritza/Rhodes.

I think he is Gen. D.A. Ulisse Longo, who lead Comando Aeronautica dell'Egeo in the period 1 january 1941- 18 march 1943.
