Air Bomber in RAF crew
 

Hi,
Does anybody know when exactly Bomber Command reorganized a crew' members categories? (April 1942, but It was regulated by order?) When Air Bombers started service in crews, what kind of duties they had (of course bombing which before was observer duty, who was replaced by navigator, but I heard that they took 2nd pilot duties too).
