Presentation Spitfires

Any book or web sight with a list,photo and which Squadron they were in?
Did a google search but got more "Presentation" than Spitfires and I figure someone here knows more

Found the book but shipping is more than the book.
Might have to pass on that,to bad.
Or find one in the US.
