Pictures needed of two German pilots, can anyone help????

Hello all,
I am trying to locate pictures of the following two pilots. I have recieved all the supporting written documents but photo evidence would be great.

1) Hauptmann Franz Buschamann of Stab IV.
2) Oberfw Ernst Vollmer 4/JG53.
