Can any kind individual translate the following text from a label please ?

LAGER NACH 1000 BETRIEBS
STUNDEN MIT
CALYPSOL 285 SCHMIEREN
SCHMIERVORSCHR. BEACHTEN !

Also welcome any suggestions as to what component this might relate/origin from ?

I think the translation is a bit unprecise.
"Schmiervorschr.(ift) beachten" means "follow or be aware of the users guide", that is for that particular, "vorgeschriebende" grease.
