Lt Johannes Settgast, 1/NAG 2

Settgast claimed at leat one victory over Russia 1943-44-does anyone have the details?

Hi Chris

He was born on 17th April 1909. Formerly flew with LKS2. Awarded the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on 29th March 1944. also flew for 2./NaG13 during 1943. Survived the war, and die in 2005. Could find only one claim for him which he claimed as a Leutnant(final rank Oberleutnant:-

25th October 1943 1./NaG2 R-5 1005 hrs 300 metres Nr.1.
