Is there a book (or a site) that lists the monthly output of the Inglewood and Dallas factories for the P-51 and the monthly deliveries to the ETO?

I assume you mean P-51B/C/D/K?

I don't think there is a book or a website that provides precisely the breakdown you are looking for but you might find somebody who has more info on here http://p51sig.com/index.php I guess it would be possible to work it out by analysing the Individual Aircraft Record Cards.
