Looking for an English pilot victories list
 

Hi,

I'm looking for the victories list of F/Sgt George Albert Wood.

He was from the 263rd squadron when his Whirlwind was shot down over Brittany on sept 23rd 1943, wasn't captured and came back to England by boat and fought till the end of war apparently (in a Typhoon at some point)

Any help on the list or other infos appreciated !

Don't think he got anything on whirlwinds, he returned to UK about Nov/dec 43.
My books are packed so can't check the typhoon stuff, but he is first mentioned on ops again in april 44 on typhoons with 263 Sqn.

No kills. Became a priest in 1954. Tourex on 263 Sqn Jan 45 after 47 ground attack sorties
