Good day everyone,
does anyone on the board have access to the Operation Record Book of 102Sq ?
I am looking for details of a particular date: September 17th 1944.

Thank you, I wish they could do this with all their documents.

By the way it is not only the ORB (that month does not have an entry for 16,17,18 and 19th Sept 1944) Page numbers correct. So in fact I am looking for info on what they did on the 17th. I have seen suggestions that a training course was followed on that date. In their ORB (the part that I have ) no indication is given on what was going on those 4 days. In the ORB's I have worked through I am used to find remarks as "no flying -bad weather" " Gun training school"
And that sort of remarks. Nothing in their ORB.
I hoped for someone on the board to be able to give the answer of what was going on in the Squadron that day. They lost a plane and a complete crew.
Any reactions?
