20.07.1941 Ju 88A-5 Wnr.5282 Lt. Brixius

Hi guys, Can someone please supply me with correct information regarding this loss. I am having trouble reading my QM reports due to blurring.
From what I can read is 20.07.1941 (Not sure if 20 is correct?
Ju 88A-5 Wnr.5282 Bruchlandung Bojary? Lt. Guenther Brixius FF Fw. Kreienbrock BO, Gefr. Rudolf Gis...? Fw. Hans Sachs. Could possibly be the aircraft shown, image from the brixius collection.
