Details sought for loss 1938
 

Dear Forum,

i am looking for any further details to the following loss:

July 1938, Junkers W 34, FF and a Trainee unknown, crash upside down in a pond, Birstein Obersotzbach, both crew members (+), presumed to have drowned, a/c code possibly was D-OVOX

Hello Norbert,

from the "Unfalluntersuchungsberichte" JuW 34hi WNr. 218 D-OVOX pilots error during blind flying exercise, two crew members dead.

I have this plane since August 1937 with FFS B Magdeburg.
