Lt. Dietze which one?

Hi Guys,

Have the attached image in my archive labelled Lt. Dietze, I would really like to know which one he is? Can anyone possitively identify this Lt. Dietze please.

DIETZE, Werner. (DOB: 04.07.18). 12.10.42 Lt. and pilot, awarded the Ehrenpokal. 01.08.44 Oblt.
