Information concerning loss of Ltn. Iser Mannes - Bomber Pilot - Lost 04.11.1943
 

Hi,

Can anyone provide information on the loss of Ltn Iser mannes and his crew who were killed on the 4th November 1943 over the Krimea.

From GQM report dated 14-11-43 on 4-11-43 He111 H-11 110087 of 7/KG55 crashed while on a Feindflug at Simferopol with FF Ltn.Isidor Mannes +, B Uffz. Wolfgang Kaiser w, Bf Uffz.Erich Bresekamp +, Bm Uffz. Werner Gotz +. Bs Gef. Alfred Eisenschmidt +,

Rick a little more info, from the KG55 history the surname of the Bf is given as Bremerkamp ( the GQM are not always clear). the cause is given as 'Bodenruhrung' which I believe is ground contact and the location is given as 60km S/E of Sarabus,
