eBay: Ju 52 with unknown emblem
 

On eBay here is a photo of a Ju52 with an emblem I cannot find anywhere. Within a diamond there are two items. I cannot work out the lower item. I assume that the upper item is a witch's hat (although it looks like a modern traffic cone!!!!) Any suggestions will be welcome

"Luftwaffe support units" by Barry Rosch, page 42 top left photo "Ju52 WNr.6660, D-TABX Sanitatsflugbereitschaft 11. Photo has been around for some time even Reiss had it in his books, but now ID and best close-up so far for detail."

Some confusion as to what the bottom element is but some suggestions are: German helmet and mushroom/funghi? :)
