5./JG 104, Roth, summer 1944? How possible? II./JG 104 was created 15/10/1944 (Holm's site).
And, obviously, that picture has been taken during summer time.

As per Carlsen/Meyer in Band II of Flugzeugführerausbildung etc, II./JG 105 was formed 19.7.1944 at Roth. Its 5.St was formed the same day and initially based at Passau but moving to Roth later the same month.
