Seeking any information on Ju87B, WNr.5098, S2+DP from 6./StG77 during 1940 or later
Hello,
I'm trying to identify numerous photos of a force-landed Ju87B from 6./StG77, that carried the codes S2+DP and the W.Nr. 5098. W.Nr. and codes are certain. This Stuka appears to have had a mid-air collision that damaged its fin and then FL and nosed over, probably during the WC/FC of 1940. Possibly could be BoB. Could also have taken a hell of a flak hit on the upper front of the fin. Does anyone have any record of this a/c? I'm trying to put together a package to do a color profile. Date, place and crewmen during the FL are the most needed info. Was this a/c recovered, repaired and put back into service? Any photos of it in service during 1939 Polish Campaign? Can anyone help?
