luftwaffe instrument codes

I have a few instruments from Luftwaffe planes. I want to know in which planes they were used. Some people say they are from Ju 52, others say it's from a Me 110.
Can you find on the internet (or elsewhere) a list of all these codes?
These are the numbers: Fl 22320 and Fl 22316-10

22320 Hohenmesser applicable to 109 F type aircraft,

Fl 22316-10 is 10km Grosshöhenmesser not applicable to 109's. I'm not sure what its from my guess is bombers etc.
