Who could give me some information about the 5 Air Navigation School our Air Observer & Navigation School in South Africa. Over the year 1941.

The whole SAAF ORB (War Diaries) are downlable for free from the British Archives website:
http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/r...-microfilm.htm

Here you can find the war diaries of these units, but you should first download the catalog to know in which file (the file title are misleading).
