Hello,

I have details about the loss of this pilot, but some sources say it was flying an I-153, another an I-16.

Can someone confirm which aircraft this pilot was flying when he was killed ?

Laurent, I don't know anything about this pilot but the 29 IAP was equiped with the I-16 from the 12Jul41 - 14Nov41. After that they had Hurricanes as the 1 GIAP.
