Italian C.200 seized at Sarzana by the germans

The 9 C.200 found in Sarzana airport by german personnel after italian surrender were classified as being "Zustand II" and "Zustand III".

Does anyone can explain the meaning of these two categories?

Zustand I - means that aircraft was in factory condition or new
Zus. II - in operational condition
Zus III - aircraft usable but required repair
Zus. IV - aircraft to scrap
