1 Me 109 Damaged
26. 9.40

From the excellent book ZERSTORER by John Vasco and Peter Cornwell, I do add:
"27.09.40 - Bf 110 C-4, codes 3U+DS (8./ZG 26), werknummer 3290, 100% damage. Near (or at) Kimmeridge. Reason: Shot down by 152 Squadron Spitfires. Force landed.
crew: Uffz Fritz Schupp (POW) = pilot
Gefr. Karl Nechwatal (KIA) = Bf (air-gunner/radio-operator)"

OBS: The 25 Sept 40 Bf 110 claim may have been 3U+GS, werknummer 3591 from 7./ZG 26 (there is a mention to it being claimed by P/O Williams and P/O Mayers from 601 Squadron, at Well Bottom, near Boyton...do not know however if this is YOURS Williams though...).
