Hptm. Herbrechtsmeier - WIA or KIA?

Hello,

According to my sources was Hptm. Herbrechtsmeier Wilhelm wounded by a bombing attack on 18/12/1942 when serving in Tunesia.

Did he die later on? Or was he only wounded by this bombing run?

If so, are there loss lists known for this day for the Luftwaffe ground forces? As he was serving with the Lw. Rgt. Barenthin at that time.
