The North African Air Campaign: U.S. Army Air Forces from El Alamein to Salerno

Has anyone read this book or did I miss a review/commentary somewhere?

I've been waiting for this book, John and even though the release date on Amazon.com is Nov 15th, I don't think it's actually released yet. No copies available on Abebooks to order and none on the Amazons yet. My guess is it should be showing up fairly soon as I ran in to a similar issue with another Kansas title, Clash of Empires in South China: The Allied Nations' Proxy War With Japan, 1935-1941, which lagged slightly behind its supposed release date, then showed temporarily out of stock and then showed up in stock available to order. I bet North African Air Campaign follows the same pattern.
Cheers
