27-10-1943 III./KG40 FW-200C-5 Loss - NVM

Can anyone share the details of the NVM for the following loss:

27-10-1943, III/KG 40, FW 200C-5, 206, Fl.Pl. Cognac, Absturz und Aufschlagbrand infolge Motorstörung. Bruch 100 %.

I am in particular interested in learning of the Staffel involved and the aircraft codes if at all possible.

TA+MH Fw Karl Blumenthal &Fw Alfred Zander injured. Suffeted engine failure 2 mins after TO on combat mission. No note of Staffel
