Rudolf Singer

Hi,

Can anyone give me any additional details concerning Rudolf Singer who had taken part in both raids on the 16th & 18th August 1940 on the airfields of Tangmere & Thorney Island. I know he was taken POW by the French at the end of the war.

Re: Rudolf Singer

Gentlemen,

I remember reading about Rudolf Singler's story about his Stuka adventures in all fronts. He suppose to have made over 950 combat missions throughout World War II. He was captured by the French and was released a few year later. He was the holder of the German Cross In Gold. Maybe Singler was recommended for the Knight's Cross. He didn't mention it in his short story.

Sincerely,

Edward L. Hsiao
