"... Focke-Wulf Fw-190 A-9/R-2 560024 / 11 (cn 560024) This hulk of 11 WHITE is on display at the Luftfahrtmuseum Finowfurt. The Fw-190 served with 1/JG11 and was recovered from the bottom of a lake near Alt Zeschdorf, Frankfurt (O) after crashing on 15th Feb. 1945. After the recovery the body of the pilot, Leutnant Hans Grapenthin, could finally be laid to rest. ... "

Technical data plate:

FW 190 A-9 W.Nr 560 024 was built by Arado Flugzeugwerke Warnemünde in February 1945 (as indicated by the letters HKZ on the plate). This aircraft, flown by Hans Grapenthin of I./J.G. 11, was lost on 15 February 1945 at Alt Zeschdorf. The pilot was killed.
