Merseburg mission Sep 13, 1944

Does anyone have any info about the Luftwaffe flying against the 8th AF on the Sep 13, 1944 mission to Merseburg? I am also looking for photos, info about these pilots:

JGs 3, 300 and 53 flying 109s tangled with Mustangs and other machines over the Reich. None of the pilots you list were casualties.
