I just got a nice lw navigation instrument, marked Fl 23251
Navigationsrichtgeraet Werknummer: 31812
Hersteller: Otto Fennel Soehne Kassel
Would kindly ask for explanation how this instrument was used for ?
Ground based navigation or during flight, (type of a/c) ??
