JG 11(sic) Bf 109 on eBay?

Doubtfully a JG 11 machine. This is a BF 109 G-2/R2 reco plane: see Rb 50/30 camera fairing under body! Clear under pic N°1 and 2.

Most probably these pictures has been taken on JG 11 airfield and are extracted from a JG 11 photo album since seller is proposing others (Fw 190 and pilots) in auction.

Hello Franck,

yes indeed Recce-aircraft. Those fotos are out of an album made for OGfr. Heß as a reminder of his time with 5.(F)/123. The album once was sold at e-bay and contains pictures of persons, but also of Bf 109 and Fw 190 recce-versions. One page is from the inauguration of Hptm Heinze as Staffelkapitän in May 1943, and there are pages on the bombing of Brias in August and St. Pol in September 1943, so those fotos probably are from summer 1943.
