Help to identify this crash landed Me-109 please

1 Attachment(s)
Hello all,

I do have some difficulties to identify this crash landed Me-109, on the attached file, which the caption says was taken in Evreux, Normandie 1940-1941. So any idea about the Jagdgeschwader or any else are welcome.
Thanks in advance to any help.
Have a good week-end.
Loic

Hi Loic,

Thanks for this picture I didn't know I (we) can complete the StKz G?+EX to GA+EX (The letter A isn't visible on two former eBay pictures); that is an Arado built Bf 109 E-1, WNr. 3853 ... This pic, or another one - I don't know - was published in Jet&Prop 8/9 2008.
But .. No clue for the unit unfortunately. 5./JG ?
It is said (In Jet & Prop?)January 1940??? Very doubtful.

My best guess is JG 3.

Regards, Franck.

Thank you Robert and Franck,
Robert, have you got a pilot name or the werk nummer ?
Franck, is there any chance to show the two former eBay pics if you have preview ?
Again thanks to both of you

That longish II. Gruppe bar seems more indicative of II./JG 3 if I had to make a guess. Certainly not I./JG 2
