Help with Bomb graffiti translation
Hi,
Has anyone got any suggestions as to what might possibly be chalked onto the side of this bomb. It is hung under a Bf109E-4/B. Some suggestions are as follows: Ein ???? Bom - Bom Ein ???? Bom - Rupp Ein noch Bon Voyage Ein Hoch Bon Voyage Any other ideas would be welcomed: Attachment 8891 |

Re: Help with Bomb graffiti translation
Hm ok let me try,
I read there : Ein Huh Bom-Bom so in the german area were I´m from a Bom-Bom is slang for a candy and Huh - thats a word - more a sound you use if you like to scare little childs, it could be translated, mutatis mutandis, with horror candy. Only what I suspect behind. Regards khorat Michael Balss |
Re: Help with Bomb graffiti translation
Thank you Michael. Your suggestion looks the closet to the actual letterforms chalked onto the bomb. Would ’Ein Hoch, Bom - Bom' make any sense?

Re: Help with Bomb graffiti translation
I think it realy just "Huh" where I´m from in germany the people will understand a
"Schreck - Bombom" - hard to translate but to understand as a candy to scare people so the sense will be " horror or terror candy". Michael |
