Hello,

I got a photo with the WNr. 1187 from the owner:

I have also a profile from Kjetil Akra on my website:

It got the same number of victory markings on the rudder.

Are there other photos of that plane known? Got someone additional informations about the WNr. 1187?

I have found a notice on this website:

"Sonntag, 30. März 1941 Am Fpl. Vlissingen kommt es zu einem Startunfall der Bf 109 E-3 Werknr. 1187 vom Gruppenstab. Der Flugzeug*führer bleibt unverletzt, der Schaden wird mit 50% angegeben."

Nice hint, thanks Mark! Interesting that the article think that the plane in the background is the "red 6". On my picture we can see now a number like a "red 7".
