Looking through eBay "Staffelwappen" and "Staffelabzeichen" pages, I met these three:

Unknown... too small image but look like mix of two or more aircrafts. Plane in center look like Bf 109

The unknown wreck could be a Henschel Hs 126.

The emblem on the wreckage looks to me like it was that of 4.(H)/Aufkl.Gr. 21, a red Griffon on a white shield. Perhaps a Fi 156 ?

The wrecked a/c can't be a Fi 156 - it has an oval rear fuselage.

As for the type of the wreckage, I concur with a Hs 126.

I agree with GRM but I think it's an Hs126 with the griffon emblem from 4.(H)/21

Yes, of course it is a Hs 126. That's what I get for only having looked at the emblem, and ignored the rest of the picture! I'd like to think that I am usually more careful!

But I would like to know whose 109E that is with the Winkel and "A"...
