crashed aircraft on picture to identify

Which aircraft type and maybe unit (see the emblem) is seen here on the picture? The photo was in an ebay auction some days ago. The seller was not willing to share any more details. I'm too nosy to find out more details.
Thanks alot for any help. Unfortunatly I have no better copies available. Kurtl

Think I saw a discussion on these photos and I read was it was a Hs126?

Looking at the open hatch under the pillars, I think it should be a hs 126.
