Nominal Casualty Report
No. 16, concerning Officers, Officials, Non-Coms and Other Ranks
a) Those killed or wounded in the face of the enemy
b) Those who died other than during hospital treatment
c) Missing (or prisoners) and those declared to local authorities or enemy health facilities for local treatment.

Period of report: 11 April 1944

Distribution:

A.d.D. [not sure what that stands for] and Reich Air Fleet Command
directly to:
General Staff General Quartermaster, Department 6 [which dealt with aircraft casualties and replacements]
Armed Forces Information Office for War Casualties and Prisoners of War, Berlin West 30, 47/48 Hohenstaufenstrasse
Reich Aviation Ministry L.P.(A)3 [a department but I don't know what it was]

By the way, that funny letter you're typing as a "b" is a double-s in English.

Good evening Char and Nick !

indeed a nice example in German military bureaucracy termination for your collections .

On my opinion, A.d.D. means "Auf dem Dienstweg", which can be translated as "through the official channels", here to the Air Fleet Command Reich ,
while those statistical units as Quartermaster General, Wehrmachtsauskunftsstelle e.g. received the information directly, not on the longer way through the official channels.

Best wishes !
