Who covered the Velikiye Luki "pocket"?

With I/JG 51 and II/JG 54 both being stationed in April 1942 at "Rjelbitzy" would their area of fighter coverage extend to the South of Velikiye Luki "pocket"? Luftflotte 1. and Lw. Kdo. Ost had a border just above the pocket. JG 51 for the most part appears to be engaged around Rzhev.
