Hi,
In the "Grabmann papers" I have come across a Gliederung where subject is mentioned as early as 15 OCT 1943. Based on:
http://www.ww2.dk/air/hq/bordeaux.htm

I was lead to believe that this HQ was established in APR 1944. Which is fact and which is fiction?
