"Morning Mission" (P-51) final pencil study
 

Finished this last night while watching TV after the kids hit the sack. I'll start mixing paint next week. Shouldn't take too long. After the painting, I'll jump back to "The Debden Kidd".

This was initially supposed to be a very small "study", but I liked it so much that I decided to do it larger. 4th FG ace Ralph Kidd Hofer taxies his famous Salem Representative on 8 June, the date of my companion piece, "The Debden Kidd".
