Consolidated B-24 Liberator, here is photo of it below, taken 30.05.1944

I am not certain if this was B-24D-1-CO 41-23659 "Blond Bomber II", force landed in Sicily early 1943, then Italian ferry reg I-RAIN (anyways you find "23" and "695" garbled in there.)
