I changed a computer recently and some emails might have disappeared into the black hole during this process. I am still using my old email address and now mails seem to come thru.

Fell to a Beaufighter of 29 Sqd. flown by P/O Carr and F/Sgt Whitby at 0245hrs on 8-5-42 crashing 4 miles east of Ashford, while on mission to Chatham. All six crew baled out but Huttner and Ofw. Richard Brohm were 'Killed on landing' according to crash report ( assumed chute failure or bad landings )
