Re: Photo ID - Bf109 Werk Nr.
WNr. 10467. Supposition is that this may be the machine of Eduard Isken of 8./JG 77. The problem lies in the claims on the machine. This pilot, per the claims lists in "Jagdfliegervande", didn't claim #27 until this unit was in North Africa, but per Tony Wood's list there are 4-5 claims with Anerk. confirmation numbers from prior to the move to the desert. These aren't included in the "Jagdfliegervande" lists. Were the claims actually unconfirmed or assigned to the wrong pilot in the Wood's list? Note that the appearance of the machine is much like that of Omert's 'black 1' from the same time period.

If I'm not mistaken, didn't Bf 109 G-2,W.Nr. 10467, GE+WW, end up going to Finland; then becoming MT-232?

Yes. Plane was still in use until 14th April 1948 damaged in landing accident at Pori airfield and plane was finally wrote off 24th March 1953. With that plane 5 aerial confirmed victory achieved.
