Crew of Do 215

Hi,

F/O Adams of the 611 Sqn shot Do 215 of Aufkl.Gr.Ob.d.L. down in Trawsfynydd, Wales on 21 September 1940. Lt. Book and two crewmembers were POW, one killed.
Who could help me with ranks and names of three airmen ?

According to "The Blitz Then and Now - Vol. 2":
Do 215 on evening recce over Liverpool attacked during its return home. Pursued over North Wales. Both engines damaged and crew wounded in attacks so crash-landed at Trawsfynydd, Merioneth, at 4:55pm. 0023, VB+KK, write-off. Ltn. W. Book, Fw. K. Jensen, and Fw H. Kuhl ('u' with umlaut) captured wounded. Uffz. G. Pelzer killed during fighter attacks. In this book it is shown as belonging to 2(F)/121.
