Hi guys

Note sure if this question has been previously asked, but do we know what caused Flamingo R2764 to 'explode' in the air on 30 April 1942? Amongst its passengers were four Russian officers. Sabotage?

However, no details re cause of the aircraft to break-up!

What did the accident report conclude?
