Code of He 177 A3, WNr 5557, lost 28.12.1943, II./KG 40

Hi, guys.

Code of this aircraft is given as 'N8+IN' in the loss record of Dec 31st 1943. Can anyone confirm this, or is it an error and should be 'F8+IN'.

Pls state Your source if answering!
