Sorokin's fight with Bf110 crew 25/10/41
 

Hi guys

According to a website, Russian ace Lt Zakhar Sorokin rammed a Bf110 on 25 October 1941, both aircraft crash-landed and then Sorokin killed the German crew.

Is there any substance to this story? If so, who were the Messerschmitt crew?

I am aware that Sorokin's feet had to be amputated due to injury and frostbite, though he later returned to operations.
