Re: Photos+ 1-5-06
The Moelders shots are interesting, as they show him with Kolbe, von Beust and Wenzel prior to takeoff on his last flight from KG 27's airfield in Ukraine.

Re: Photos+ 1-5-06
Hello,
The Me 262 photo is a postwar photo taken in Dübendorf, Switzerland. The camouflage had been altered slightly already (compared to the original camouflage on photos taken just after the landing in April 1945 you notice that some wavy bright lines were added by the Swiss military). This (and many other) photos of White 3 are still available at a local photo shop in Dübendorf. The only thing that makes this photo on ebay special is the fact that it once belonged to Guido Mutke, the last pilot of White 3. Regards, Roger |

Just to add to what Roger already said, it's 500071.

A photo/negative combination of Fw 58 PI+NF (see current link http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6241660218) was part of one of Ed's lists before Christmas. Should you list other items being auctioned by this seller you will find that he is offering photos, Flugbuch and other documents relating to one Ofw Hellmuth Kahle - has anyone any information regarding this person e.g. units that he served with, awards etc.

Re: Photos+ 1-5-06
Ofw. Kahle served in I./KG100 and 16 of his pictures had been published in the history of the KG 100 written by Ulf Balke.

Several nice photos of the only Darmstadt D 29 (D-EILE) in the first album.
The destroyed D-EBAO was a Messerschmitt M 23. |
