Ofw Wolf

Bit of a long shot but does anyone have more precise details of a fighter pilot named Fw/Ofw Wolf who was captured in the west Spring/Summer of 1942? He and another POW escaped from a train taking them to Scotland Aug/Sep 42 but were recaptured 3 days later.

Only Wolfs I could find were KG pilots, Ofw.Paul Wolf 5/KG40 pow 10/11-1-42 and Oblt. Hans Wolff II/KG2 pow 22/23-8-42
